This Privacy Policy describes how AutoeCTD Inc. ("AutoeCTD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with this website at autoectd.com (the "Site").
This policy describes practices for the marketing website only. It does not cover the AutoeCTD platform, products, or services that are provided to enterprise customers under separate written agreement, which are governed by their own data processing terms.
§ 01 — Information We Do Not Collect
This Site is intentionally low-data.
We have designed this Site to minimize data collection. The Site does not:
- Use cookies of any kind
- Run web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Embed advertising or tracking pixels
- Use third-party advertising or remarketing networks
- Operate contact forms, signup flows, or account systems
- Maintain user accounts, sessions, or persistent identifiers
If you visit this Site and do not contact us, we do not collect any information that personally identifies you. Our web hosting provider may maintain standard server logs (including IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps) for operational and security purposes; these logs are retained for limited periods and are not used to identify individuals.

Email is the only channel.
The only way you actively provide information through this Site is by clicking a mailto: email link to send us a message. When you do this:

- We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary records of business correspondence

- For internal business purposes related to our pre-revenue commercial pilot stage

This Site is for business audiences.
This Site is intended for adult business audiences, particularly Regulatory Affairs and Quality professionals working in the pharmaceutical industry. The Site is not directed at minors under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.
§ 07 — Data Retention
We retain only what is needed.
We retain email correspondence and any associated information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to maintain ordinary business records. We periodically review our retention practices and delete information that is no longer required.

Reasonable safeguards.
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from Canada.
AutoeCTD Inc. is federally incorporated in Canada and operates from Ontario. Information you send us by email may be processed and stored in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please be aware that Canadian privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By sending us information, you consent to its transfer to and processing in Canada.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on this Site for a reasonable period.
